Nutrition is such an important element of living a healthy lifestyle! I live by the 80-20 rule, which means in order to lose weight you need to understand that 80% of it comes from your nutrition and 20% of it comes from exercise. I am someone that loves simplicity and convience, so when I was trying to find a program that fits all my needs I stumbled. But then, I was introduced to Arbonne! I was hooked right after I saw the before and after pictures… however, I still did my research.
A little background info about me is that I have always eaten healthy and I lost 25 pounds back in early 2017. I maintained a somewhat healthy lifestyle but put 25+ pounds on super fast and I didn’t know what was wrong with me! Today is January 21, 2019 and I have started the Arbonne 28 Day Detox to start off my healthy journey! My day will consist of replacing 2 meals, I do breakfast and lunch, with a protein shake! I will have snacks in between breakfast and lunch, usually a rice cake with berries on top or 2 over-easy eggs with avocado! After lunch I have a cup of Arbonne’s detox tea, which is one of my favorite teas on the planet! Dinner is easy to make, I usually make all my dinners for the week on a Sunday. A typical dinner would include a protein (chicken, fish, beef) and vegetables with a side of brown rice! Right before bed I have another cup of detox tea, which helps me to calm down! It is a super simple program that has a lot of health benefits to it, aside from weight loss!
